Test Pitch & Moderator Meetings 2020

Monday 14 Sept & Tuesday 15 Sept

On 14 and 15 Sept all pitch teams will do an online test pitch directly followed by a meeting with the moderator who will be moderating the pitch. Each team will have 20 min for the test pitch and 20 min for the moderator meeting.

WEDNESDAY 16 SEPT, 14:00-15:00 CET

All pitch and observer+ projects must attend a tutorial and test of how the individual meetings with decision-makers online will function in zoom. It is important that all member of the team attending the meetings are present and logged in to zoom for this test Wednesday 16 September from 14:00-15:00 CET.

TRAILER SPECIFICATIONS

The pitch trailer must follow these specifications:

File extension (container): .m4v, .mp4, .mov, .mkv
Resolution: 1080P
Codec: h.264
File size: Preferably max 1 GB

You also have the possibility to show pictures or slides during the pitch. You can send us pictures as JPEG and slides as PDF files. Please note that pictures and slides must be in a horizontal format.

All material (pitch trailers, pictures, slides) must be send to forum assistant Shay Salem by Friday 11 Sept (noon CET).
