"Ratty" tells the story of a little, fearless guy with rather long teeth who is just at the stage "somewhere between the nusery and the rock-club": He meets Rosetta and falls in love for the first time in his life. The film is entertaining and full of humour, but it also contains a serious message. "Ratty" is one of the few feature-length animated films produced in Sweden.
