Famous architect Santiago Calatrava is building a 190-metre residential tower in Malmö, Sweden. Many conflicts arise involving the architect, the Swedish contractors and the cooperative housing company led by a social democratic politician. And the Swedish sub-contractors are frustrated with 'those bloody Spaniards'.
