Arcturus

An autobiographical documentary about how the fear and grief of losing a parent can be imagined as a bear. Giving fear a shape changes it from an abstract feeling to something we can see and try to control, and even transform into a source of strength. The film also explores how humans’ relationship to bears has changed over time.
