Tom lives alone and works for the council, registering apartments that can be rented out. One day, in defiance of the rules, he enters what is meant to be an empty apartment. A stripper called Sally suddenly turns up, and Tom’s life takes a drastic turn. Tom takes her home, but Sally has a dark past and is on the run from the police.
