Whim Rules the Child, and Weather the Field
Veður ræður akri, en vit syni
In the not-too-distant future, as a storm approaches Hera's dilapidated seaside home, she grapples with whether to relocate to the city or defiantly confront the impending calamity and surging sea levels. Her resolve wavers when her pragmatic son, Jakob, and his daughter Blær arrive to whisk her away to the city without notice. Hera uses Blær's curiosity about the countryside as an excuse to avoid her son and sabotage the packing of her estate but tension builds as the impending storm worsens.
