A rock star has settled into suburban life with kids and a mortgage. But one day his wife kicks him out, and Jørgen, at the age of 42, finds himself living in a friend's basement. Obsessed by the notion that there is something wrong with his head, fingers, guitar and amplifier, he reaches out to an enigmatic hermit guitar repairman with a dicey reputation.
