Jacob and the Quisling
Skuddene på Bergenhus
Bergen, Norway, 1946. Twelve-year-old Jacob has been forced by his father to take a job and finds work sweeping the floors of the police station. In one of the cells, a Nazi collaborator is awaiting execution for treason. A relationship grows between a boy who needs to be seen and a man who needs to be something other than a monster. It takes a child's eye to see. But acting with compassion instead of hate is not without consequences.
