Rock & roll in the midst of a burning Soviet Union where everything from the West was banned and rock music was considered propaganda. In the late 1960s, Anatoli Abramovitch and his band Star Brothers became famous in a small town on the hot Crimean Peninsula, with handmade electric guitars and wild concerts in a lawless part of what was then the Soviet Union. Also a personal film about a father and daughter and the art of dealing with life, death and everything in between.
