On an isolated farm in the west of Iceland lives a small family of three males. They find it hard to express their feelings towards each other. Crisis arrives when the father of the boys finds them playing with a gun in the barn. The older brother takes his father’s scolding to heart and questions his own masculinity. To placate the worried father, the boy starts to act more manly while trying to be a better role model for his younger brother.
