The Legend of FC Kareoki

In the remote village of Isafjörður in the far northwest of Iceland a group of middle-aged men have formed FC Kareoki, Iceland’s first swamp soccer (mud football) team. FC Kareoki took part in the European Cup ten times. On the tenth time, to everyones surprise including their own, they became European champions. The team is about to play their final match, in Finland, at the Swamp Soccer World Cup.
