The Toy Emperor is a bored and capricious little man who enjoys destroying toys. After his toy-demolishing machine breaks down, he realises he can replace it with a kangaroo. Kangaroo falls into a hole and finds herself on a freezing island, where she discovers a little car trapped in an ice-cube. Kangaroo liberates it and together, they begin the journey to find Kangaroo's mother. The evil Toy Emperor orders his sinister network of Kanga-Catchers to pursue Kangaroo and capture her.
