The story of fearless politician Antanas Mockus and his unique political career, philosophy and life. Together with an army of young idealists, he uses pencils and balloons, flash mobs and mimes to bring change to a society ravaged by corruption and violence. A young woman falls in love with his project but realizes that the road to change in a society as corrupt as Colombia's is harder than she imagined.
