Nomansland

Nomansland takes us on a journey into the mind of a South African ex-paratrooper. The small, one-room apartment, with its windows covered with bedsheets to keep out the world and the sunshine, is the focus of John’s isolated life in exile - a Nomansland of the mind. Here he broods, alone with his survival knife, and a shoebox full of photographs from the war that he has not dared to open.
