Film Submission is Open

It’s a new year and hopefully lots of new films are awaiting to meet their audience! You can already submit your finished films to the 2024 edition of Nordisk Panorama Film Festival that takes place 19–24 September in Malmö.

Read the regulations and licence agreement and submit via our website. We look forward to seeing your films!

Submission Deadlines:
Films from 2023: 15 February
Films from 2024: 15 April

The Nordisk Panorama Board of 2024
We’re excited to introduce you to the 2024 board of Nordisk Panorama, who are ready to represent you in the organisation. It consists of five boad members, all active in the short film and/or documentary sector in their respective countries.

Meet us at Clermont-Ferrand and DocPoint

We start the new year by visiting great festivals. Market & Emerging Media Manager, Maria Stoianova will attend Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival 4 – 8 February and Head of Industry Lea Maria Strandbæk Sørensen, will be at DocPoint in Finland while also holding this year’s first DocForward workshop 27 – 30 January. Get in touch to set up a meeting.

Doc Forward & Nordic Rough Cuts

The fifth edition of Nordisk Panorama’s Doc Forward Talent Workshop is kicking off, with the first part taking place in Helsinki 27 -30 January. Twelve fantastic documentary projects from emerging Nordic filmmakers have been selected to participate in the 2024 edition. You can see the selected projects here.

On Tuesday 30 January 10.30-13.30 the participants will attend the Nordic Rough Cut Session arranged in collaboration with, and taking place during, DocPoint Documentary Film Festival.
