Baghdad on Fire

Tiba is a young Iraqi woman fighting for freedom and equality. Twenty years have passed since the US-led invasion of Iraq and the fall of Saddam Hussein. On 1 October 2022, thousands of young men and women gathered in Tahrir Square in central Baghdad to celebrate the third anniversary of the largest youth demonstrations in the history of Iraq. They are against chaos, corruption and conflicts, the aftermath of the invasion.
