500 Films Submitted

We are very happy to have received 500 Nordic short and documentary submissions for this year’s Nordisk Panorama Film Festival.

With a thriving industry yet again we see some of the best Nordic films eligible to compete in the festival. It is an exciting time!

Our 2023 Programming Team

Nordisk Panorama is excited to announce the programming team for this year’s edition of the film festival.

We welcome Manolo Diaz Rämö, co-founder of the Malmö-based production company Filmilia AB, who will join Cecilia Lidin, film curator & consultant, in programming the documentary section.

We’re delighted to be joined once again by some of the festival’s long-term collaborators. Film programmer Lucile Bourliaud joins forces with Sam Groves from Flatpack Festival to programme the short film section. The Young Nordic section will be programmed by Daniel Lundquist, Head of Programming at BUFF, and Susanne Månsson Kandell, from the City of Malmö’s Department of Culture.

Check out their full bios here.

Mark 21-26 September in your calendar and join us in Malmö to see the results of their labour on cinema screens around town.
